To advance MoDOT’s efforts in developing and expanding the state’s transportation workforce, the MOWZES team will implement a comprehensive education and workforce development program that targets K-12, degree-granting, and non-degree programs. We will engage with this wide spectrum of learners through eight planned activities to prepare the future workforce while also up-skilling the existing workforce. Examples of workforce development activities that MOWZES will undertake are:
